Brookfield Convention and Visitors Bureau
About the Community

Come and enjoy Brookfield- the suburb with style. Located off I-94, and just minutes from Milwaukee, Brookfield offers 11 branded hotels totaling nearly 1,850 sleeping rooms- all with convenient, free, surface parking.

Care to do a little shopping? The Bluemound/Mooreland Road corridor offers miles of retail therapy. And restaurants? More than 150 to choose from with menus from fancy to fast. You’ll also find convention and meeting spaces to fit events of any size- all with a sincere commitment to provide you with the best experience possible. Brookfield really does have it all, and we look forward to hosting you soon.

Attractions

Suburban convenience, country charm and easy access to big-city attractions. Enjoy performances at the renowned Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts or enjoy our beautiful parks and trails. If you’d like, travel just a smidge farther for seasonal festivals at Milwaukee’s lakefront, Buck’s and Brewers games, museums and the zoo. Don’t forget a tour of Miller Brewery. Oh, and maybe grab a bag of cheese curds at the Milwaukee Public Market, too.

Services

The staff at Visit Brookfield is here to help you coordinate events of all types and sizes, from small meetings to large conventions. We can help with site inspections, preliminary booking services, meeting and event promotion, transportation and goodie bags- all free of charge. We can also offer ideas for pre and post-convention activities (hello, WhirlyBall!) and other Brookfield “must-do’s”.

Seasonal Highlights

Winter: Grab a warm beverage, visit one of our many shopping centers, then escape the winter chill with a leisurely meal before heading back to the hotel for a dip in the pool. For sports enthusiasts, it’s Bucks, Admirals and Wave season. For the outdoorsy types, Brookfield parks offer great opportunities for cross country skiing, snow shoeing and sledding.

Spring: Even though it might still be cold outside, spring means opening day at American Family Field. Or, get in the mood for summer with a trip to The Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory (better known as “The Domes”). Of course, there’s always dining and shopping Brookfield style!

Summer: Tailgating is a must at Brewer games. So is a cream puff at the Wisconsin State Fair. For more food, fun and entertainment, head to Milwaukee’s lakefront for Summerfest or one of the ethnic festivals. There’s more to do in the Brookfield area than there is time in the summer.

Fall: Southeastern Wisconsin is beautiful in fall when the leaves turn to vibrant hues. Hike, bike or drive through the Kettle Moraine, go on a hayride, pick some apples and pumpkins and sip a cup of hot apple cider while you decide which arts and crafts show to visit on the weekend.
